Working on new books

First print ordered...

I've been wanting to publish a childeren's book for as long as I can remember. I love how childeren's book can be small, short, and simple. But still, it can succeed in being the most meaningfull and deep read (or picture book) you have read/seen all week. They are often not appreciated for their full potential.

Since January I have been writing and illustrating my first childeren's book. It's about a crow named Betty. My plan is to publish it first in Dutch, and then, if succesfull, in English as well.

I am Betty. My cousin is Betty, And I know a couple of other people that have read my first drafts and can identify with Betty as well.

The picture I added is the front of the book I have now. I am working on the final touches and getting it read by childeren, and by a child psychologist and pediatrician to get everthing right. I hope to publish it in June...
